Philosophy & Approach
Therapy is a collaborative journey where I meet you where you are, offering support and guidance to help you reconnect with your strengths and reshape your story.
II work with adults who are committed to creating sustainable change in their lives. I believe that every individual holds unique strengths and inner wisdom that can be accessed to overcome challenges and navigate life’s transitions.
My approach is integrative, trauma informed, mindfulness-based, and strength-focused, with the goal of empowering you to become your own agent of change and achieve emotional and spiritual well-being. I meet you where you are, addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—within the context of your culture and community. Through deep listening, non-judgmental support, and compassionate guidance, I support your journey toward greater authenticity and wholeness.
Background
My journey into therapy has been shaped by a lifelong passion for creativity, learning, and personal growth. I started my career in technology and graphic arts—working in trades, corporate environments, and independently as a craftsperson, consultant, and trainer. Over time, I found myself drawn to deeper questions about connection, meaning, and healing. Master’s degree in Counseling and Art Therapy.
